The location was quiet and good, not very far from Plaza Independencia. The room we had included climate control, TV with cable channels, and a writing desk.
The staff were kind of rude, didn't expect that coming.

The hotel has a central location very close to an exceptional Ramen shop. It's not too far away from Kermit's, spent evening there.

I loved staying at this hotel! The staff were friendly and helpful, from the concierge to the day reception shift. They went out of their way to make suggestions on what to do in the city and even allowed me to check in earlier than expected. The cleanliness of the hotel was super clean, and it had all the facilities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was unbeatable, with an really good ramen shop nearby and taxis readily available just outside the entrance. I was also impressed with the hotel's AC, which kept the room at a perfect temperature.

The furnishings in the room were of good quality and the lobby exceeded my expectations. The front desk service was also excellent. The hotel is still at soft launch stage, which means that the pricing is very attractive. We had a comfortable stay and the location was convenient.

The hotel is new and clean, providing a comfortable stay during our trip. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to a great restaurant and taxis just outside the entrance.
We did have a few negative experiences. The strict policies were inconvenient, as we had to find another hotel due to early check-in restrictions.

This hotel was a great value for the price, with clean and spacious rooms. I really appreciated the attention to detail, like having a kettle in the room even though there were no drinking cups provided. The key card access also added an extra layer of security, which was reassuring.
No mention of any issues, all was satisfactory.
